The Edison Electric Institute (EEI) is the association of U.S. Shareholder-Owned Electric Companies. Our members serve 95 percent of the ultimate customers in the shareholder-owned segment of the industry, and represent approximately 70 percent of the U.S. electric power industry.
We also have more than 80 international electric companies as Affiliate Members, and more than 240 industry suppliers and related organizations as Associate Members.
Organized in 1933, EEI works closely with all of its members, representing their interests and advocating equitable policies in legislative and regulatory arenas.
EEI provides public policy leadership, critical industry data, strategic business intelligence, one-of-a-kind conferences and forums, and top-notch products and services.

Mana | Online
Through a major emphasis on education, aids in the development and promotion of mutually profitable relationships, ethical standards of behavior and interdependence among multi-line, outsourced sales companies like JD Technologies, LLC and marketing entrepreneurs, their principals and their joint customers.
Over the years, MANA has become known as the One Association For All Agents and Manufacturers. MANA has functioned as a horizontal organization for reps and their principals, offering membership to any firm that is willing to ascribe to our Code of Ethics.
We feel that we’ve had a positive impact on the unique relationship that is the rep/principal method of going to market. While our sister associations also promote this business partnersahip approach to marketing, they have tended to do so on a targeted basis, expending their resources in a given industry or geographic market. MANA has, and will continue to focus on the broader picture of education, making its presence known at the state, national, and international levels. At the same time, MANA lends its support to these sister organizations and helps fund the Manufacturers’ Representative Educational Research Foundation (MRERF) in education regarding the profession.
Mission: MANA is the association of interdependent manufacturers and representatives dedicated to educating, protecting and promoting the multi-line, outsourced sales function.
